We require a safe place to plug our extension lead in to gain power. Due to insurance purposes. We will NOT commence work on any vehicle that is on the main road, heavily used road, or small and tight road. We also cannot work in pay and display car parks. If your home address or the location you wish for the work to be carried out in has any of the above issues, please contact us first.

All secure bookings are deposit-based, and bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid. Deposits are paid direct to ONDEMAND DETAILING LTD via bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit amounts differ due to location, package, and/or work needed.

 

If you have made a booking and paid in full, our no show policy will require 20% of your selected service in order to reschedule your appointment. For example if you book our full detail which is £650 an additional fee of £130 will be required to reschedule your appointment.

If you're running late to your appointment we will give you 60 minutes grace from your selected appointment time. Failing to meet that, we will have to treat the booking as a no show and reschedule at a further date.

If for some reason ONDEMAND DETAILING has to cancel your booking a full refund of deposit will be honoured, or we will try to reschedule your booking if you are happy to do so.

CERAMIC COATING WARRANTY

OUR CERAMIC COATING PACKAGES INCLUDE WARRANTY FOR THE DURATION OF COATING INSTALLED (1 OR 3 YEAR CERAMIC COATINGS) BUT YOU NEED TO USE ONDEMAND DETAILING LTD FOR MAINTENANCE TO VALIDATE WARRANTY.

Returns

You have ​30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable.

  

Purchases made during a sale period cannot be returned or refunded.

Upon fulfilment expect you delivery to be with you within 1-4 business days, we send out orders using RoyalMail first class.
